22 June 2024 23 June 2024 Our theme for the month of June is Continuing with our theme, "Silencing the Guns," this week we will focus on major conflicts and their implications. We will explore significant conflicts across the continent, examining their impact on communities, economies and political stability. Understanding these implications is crucial for developing effective strategies to address and resolve these conflicts. Additionally, we will investigate why initiatives aimed at silencing the guns have been failing. Analysing the shortcomings and obstacles faced by past and current efforts, will help us gain valuable insights into what needs to change to create a lasting peace. Visit the TAF Online Community to read what we have gathered so far and add your comments or tell us what is missing.
