TAF Narrative

Our theme for the month of June is
Silencing the Guns

As we progress with our theme, "Silencing the Guns," this week we will look into governance and conflict management. We will examine how effective governance practices and conflict management strategies can play an important role in preventing and resolving conflicts.

We are also addressing the growing phenomenon of coups in Africa. We will analyse the factors contributing to the resurgence of coups, their impact on political stability and governance and what this trend means for the future of democracy on the continent.

Silencing the Guns

This month's Policy Paper will solidify the reasons why the guns must be silenced. Join us in this collaborative endeavor as we define why the chorus of peace, unity and harmony must rise to ensure a better and more prosperous future for Africans.

Strategy 2035 - Diaspora Hubs

TAF promises that by 2050, Africa will be a superpower, for the many rather than the few. Strategy 2035 sets out our roadmap to deliver on this promise. By 2028, we intend to have 56+ nation & country chapters across Africa and 30,000 members globally. As part of this, we will establish Hubs in the Diaspora for Africans and allies abroad to participate in our Mission. We intend to launch our first Diaspora Hub by end of 2024, our fourth by end 2026 and our tenth by end 2028. If you're off-Continent and would like to lead the formation of a Hub where you are, please let us know.
