Our theme is As we explore this theme further, we now turn our attention to The African Federation (TAF) policy on silencing the guns. We will examine how TAF's comprehensive policy addresses conflict management, promotes sustainable peace across Africa and aims to end persistent violence. This policy underscores the imperative of building a future where Africa can thrive in unity and prosperity. Strategy 2035 - 2025 Objectives TAF promises that by 2050, Africa will be a superpower, for the many rather than the few: by 2035, we plan to be the largest civil society organisation in Africa and by 2028, we plan to be a globally recognised pan African thought leader. By December 2025, we will have: 5 Focus Units and 28 Chapters fully operational; clarified our positions on all Priority Policies and the BIG 5 Issues for TAF and each Focus Unit; and initiated funding partnerships aligned with our Mission and Principles.
