The African Federation proudly launches the first episode of Sankofa Pulse, a podcast hosted by the TAF Media Hub, an extension of the Narrative Focus Unit.

Sankofa Pulse takes its name from the Akan philosophy Sankofa, “go back and fetch it”, which reminds us that building Africa’s future requires us to carry forward the wisdom of our past. Pulse speaks to the heartbeat of our continent, the energy and rhythm of Africans uniting to shape our collective destiny. Together, these ideas capture what the podcast stands for: amplifying African voices, reclaiming our narrative and projecting a vibrant, united and prosperous Africa.

The debut episode, About TAF, sets the stage by exploring the story, mission and promise of The African Federation. With reflections from Elisabeth Valerio (CEO, TAF), Peter Eyamu (Global Head of Chapters) and Teresa Muliro (Global Head of Focus Units), this conversation unpacks why TAF was created, what it stands for and how we will deliver a superpower Africa for Africans across the continent and in the diaspora.

This episode goes beyond introductions, it anchors TAF’s purpose as a catalytic system for change. An organisation that will:
